Chris Straessle is an Art Director and Production Designer working in Film & TV.

He studied at UCL’s Bartlett School of Architecture (BSc) and gained early professional experience across a range of design disciplines - including graphic design, interior design, and architecture.

After completing his Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch) at the Royal College of Art he transitioned into set design.

Since then, he has built a successful career in the film industry, progressing from Art Department Assistant to Art Director, and gathering a wealth of stories and insights along the way. His screen credits include The Batman, Andor, Napoleon, Mickey 17, The Blitz and Gladiator 2.

His clients have included Paramount, HBO, Plan B, Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Warner Brothers and DC Studios.
